Gennifer was great as we tried to find the right house for our family. She is very knowledgable about the area, the school systems and the general “feel” of the neighborhoods. She also has a good vision for helping clients see what they can do with the space and details of a house to make it their own. Gennifer was able to understand what we wanted in a house and neighborhood and helped guide us to that and once we found the one we wanted, she fought for us to make sure we got the house and got a good deal. We were so thankful to have her working for us! She was constantly in contact with us throughout the search process, keeping us informed of what was on the market as soon as it was listed and once we went under contract, she kept us informed on how things were moving along. She was also kind enough to keep our little girl entertained when we looked at houses and our little girl always looked forward to seeing her.
